On Thursday, May 29th, our school will be hosting a Hoops for Heart fundraising event to support the American Heart Association. This event is to raise awareness to promote a healthy lifestyle and to support heart healthy activities. Through the Month of February, families can use this link or the QR code below to make donations towards the Hoops for Heart Fundraiser. After the completion of the event, we will compile the donations from each grade level and announce the winning grade with the most donations after Memorial Day weekend. These students will earn an award the following week. Our goal for this year is to raise $2,000.
We are reaching out to let you know that we are in need of donations for the 2025 Regional Science and Engineering Expo. We still have sponsorship opportunities available for this year’s program and would love to save a spot for you.
There are several opportunities to highlight your organization’s commitment to education. Your tax-deductible support for this event will be recognized publicly before an audience of parents, students, and community members at both our Expo and its awards ceremony on March 11, 2025.
Additionally, highlights of both the EXPO and award ceremony are sent to AACPS’ 69,000 Facebook followers and 65,000 Twitter followers.
Please click on this link for more information and how to become a sponsor.
Please check out the "2025-2026 Scheduling Information" page on the CMS website for information regarding next school year scheduling.
Please review the map below for parking locations if you are picking up your student from any after school activities on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.
AACPS is announcing the launch of #LiftLA, a campaign through which we are asking our students, families, employees, community members, and businesses to contribute what they can to help the students and families of the Los Angeles Unified School District. The campaign will start on January 22, 2025, and conclude on February 28, 2025.
Those wishing to contribute by check should make those checks out to Education Foundation of Anne Arundel County Public Schools and note #LiftLA in the memo line. Those wishing to contribute online can go to www.aacps.org/liftLA. All donations will go to the Los Angeles Unified School District Education Foundation so that it can support the district’s students and their families as needed.
The Belong, Grow, Succeed mindset we try to impart to students every day is sometimes bigger than our own community and this is an opportunity to step up and help.
The rebuilding of Los Angeles will take years, if not decades. Our efforts can make a difference for children we may never meet, but whose lives can be bettered by our generosity.

School counselors share many resources with students. Students also learn about emergency/crisis resources during their marking period of Health each school year. We wanted to take a moment to share these resources with parents/guardians so that you have them as well.
Please see instructions here to request transcripts if your student is applying to a private school.
