Message for 8th Grade Families

Your students have been learning about some of the high school opportunities for students in AACPS. The Magnet Application window opens on Monday, October 7th at noon and will be open until November 7th at noon. Information on magnet opportunities can be found online at: https://www.aacps.org/o/aacps/page/magnet-programs

If your student is interested in CAT-South (Center of Applied Technology South), please try to attend the information night on Wednesday, October 9th. Additional information can be found at www.catsouth.org and on the flyer below.

Morning Drop Off Reminder...

Parents and Guardians,

Please remember that there is no supervision for students dropped off early.

Staff will begin supervising students at 8:55am.

Lost and Found is located on the stage in the cafeteria. Please have your student check it frequently for missing items.

Rubik's Cube Competition

There will be a fourth annual Rubik's cube competition on Sunday, November 10, 2024, 2pm-4pm at the Busch Annapolis Library. We are a Rubik's cube STEM community organization located in Annapolis. We believe that experiences gained through competitions encourage growth and development in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math for elementary and middle school students. Each year, we sponsor 2 Rubik's cube competitions for children in 4th - 12th grades. See competition flyer for details. Please note that there are 36 slots open for this competition and registration closes in a few weeks!
