Principal’s Message

Hard to believe we have come to the end of the school year. I hope that you take the summer to recharge. I would like to take this opportunity to thank PTA and volunteers for all their hard work this year. Special shout out to Mrs. Bricker for the yearbook, Mrs. Slocum for the Fun Run initiative, the PBIS quarterly celebration volunteers, and field day volunteers. Thank you to our Fun Run sponsors! We couldn’t do it without your support.

I also want to thank the staff and community for their ongoing support during the year. Thank you for the kind shout-outs and emails recognizing the hard work teachers and staff do every day!

Time to register for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten! Let your neighbors know that staffing depends on enrollment, so please register! Stay tuned for information regarding the fall, such as a calendar, specifics about the start of the year, etc. Stay safe and healthy! Please enjoy the summer! Don’t forget to read and play math games.

Important Notice

Please remember to always bring your ID when picking up students, visiting, volunteering, chaperoning, and when attending any parent/teacher conference.

School Lunch Menus

view the upcoming school meals menu

Due to supply shortages, substitutions to the menu may occur.

Please find additional information about Food and Nutrition Services at: https://aacpsschools.org/nutrition/

If your child wants to buy an extra milk (55 cents), juice (50 cents), or bottle of water ($1) when they go through the cafeteria line, there has to be money in their general account. You can either send in a check made out to "Four Seasons Elementary School" with your child's student identification number (SIF) and "general account" in the memo line, or add money to your MyPaymentsPlus account and specify "general account."

Recommendation from AACPS - if you would like your child to purchase meals only, deposit funds in the meal account. If you would like your child to purchase meals plus additional items, deposit funds in the general account only.

If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Shank at bshank@aacps.org.

Moving?

If you are planning a move over the summer which results in a change of schools, please contact Ms. Davia at sdavia@aacps.org to ensure a smooth transition for your student at their new school.

Notes from the Nurse...

Greetings from the Health Room!

Just a few reminders:

  • As we near the end of the school year, be prepared to make arrangements to pick up your child's medication from the health room. If medication is not picked up before 2:00 p.m. on June 13, 2025, it will be discarded according to guidelines. Please make arrangements with the health room staff to pick up your child's medication.

  • Please keep your child home if they are sick. If your child has a fever of 100 degrees F or greater, they must stay home until they are fever-free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication.

  • Please provide a seasonally appropriate change of clothes for your child to keep at school. This is helpful for all ages because mud and spills happen!

Thank you!

OSP Online School Payments

Online School Payments (OSP)

Four Seasons offers a convenient way to pay for school items electronically. It’s called Online School Payments (OSP) and will allow families to pay by credit card for things such as field trips and lost media books. We also have options to allow you to donate to support special activities for students or to donate to allow the principal to “treat” our staff. Please note that there is a small service charge for using the OSP system. Cash and checks made payable to Four Seasons Elementary School are always accepted for student fees with no service fee. If you have any questions regarding the OSP system, please contact Erika Allen at eallen@aacps.org or
410-222-6501. To access OSP, please click on this link: Four Seasons OSP.

Notice: Four Seasons Elementary School is equipped with a video camera system. It covers selected interior and exterior public portions of the building and grounds. It is not monitored constantly, but it is monitored during emergency situations. During certain events, when the safety or security of students may be in question, authorized personnel from local, state or federal police or fire emergency units may be given access to view images projected on the camera system. If you have any questions about the system, you should call the Supervisor of School Security at 410-222-5083.
