Principal’s Message
Spring not only brings rain and flowers, but also many school events! We are hopeful that you will find time to participate during the end of the year. It is essential that the school and home work together to ensure that all students meet the high expectations for behavior established in the Code of Conduct. This enables students to succeed in school and the community. Your support is vital in this process.
We have had many concerns about parents making illegal U-turns on Waugh Chapel Road and dropping off students. Please utilize the car loop and follow procedures to ensure student and driver safety. We have requested more police presence to assist us with this concern.
Our teachers work hard, and we thank them for all that they do each day! We have such dedicated teachers and staff, as well as involved parents/guardians. Thank you to our wonderful PTA for the teacher celebrations. Everyone helped to make this year the best it could be. We are excited to kick off Boosterthon and raise some funds for our school! Stay tuned for emails with more detailed information. We will have a FUN RUN. We can’t wait!
I sincerely thank each family for their support this year. It has been a challenging and exciting year! Looking forward to the end-of-year activities and celebrations.

If your child wants to buy an extra milk (55 cents), juice (50 cents), or bottle of water ($1) when they go through the cafeteria line, there has to be money in their general account. You can either send in a check made out to "Four Seasons Elementary School" with your child's student identification number (SIF) and "general account" in the memo line, or add money to your MyPaymentsPlus account and specify "general account."
Recommendation from AACPS - if you would like your child to purchase meals only, deposit funds in the meal account. If you would like your child to purchase meals plus additional items, deposit funds in the general account only.

Notes from the Nurse...
Greetings from the Health Room!
Just a few reminders:
Please keep your child home if they are sick. If your child has a fever of 100 degrees F or greater, they must stay home until they are fever-free for 24 hours without fever-reducing medication.
Please provide a seasonally appropriate change of clothes for your child to keep at school. This is helpful for all ages because mud and spills happen!
As we near the end of the school year, be prepared to make arrangements to pick up your child's medication from the health room. A medication reminder letter with the last date for medication pick-up will be sent out in May.

Mo Gaba Positivity and Perseverance
March Award for Hard Work and Perseverance
AACPS schools remember student Mo Gaba in January each year for his spirit of positivity and perseverance in the face of great adversity. Four Seasons has chosen to extend this to a monthly recognition based on our SHARK behavior expectations. Online School Payments (OSP)
Four Seasons offers a convenient way to pay for school items electronically. It’s called Online School Payments (OSP) and will allow families to pay by credit card for things such as field trips and lost media books. We also have options to allow you to donate to support special activities for students or to donate to allow the principal to “treat” our staff. Please note that there is a small service charge for using the OSP system. Cash and checks made payable to Four Seasons Elementary School are always accepted for student fees with no service fee. Notice: Four Seasons Elementary School is equipped with a video camera system. It covers selected interior and exterior public portions of the building and grounds. It is not monitored constantly, but it is monitored during emergency situations. During certain events, when the safety or security of students may be in question, authorized personnel from local, state or federal police or fire emergency units may be given access to view images projected on the camera system. If you have any questions about the system, you should call the Supervisor of School Security at 410-222-5083.
