Hello Four Seasons Families, Happy March! Although the snow is beautiful, let’s hope we are moving towards some sunshine during this next month. With that said, please make sure students are coming to school with jackets, hats and gloves. We try very hard to get students out to recess whenever possible.
The first week of March marks the midpoint of the third quarter. All grades are updated in each Canvas Course and have been synched to PowerSchool. Please take a moment to discuss these grades with your child and determine if any assignments should be redone.
The snow taught us that using both parking lot exits at arrival makes that time much more effective. We will continue to keep both exits open during arrival. However, the bus loop exit doesn’t work during dismissal. As soon as the buses clear out, we have 11 vans that come in to pick up students in the afternoon. This makes the bus loop unsafe for exiting. As a reminder, please do not park on the right side of the road exiting the parking lot. This is a two lane exit and parking there makes our dismissal slower. We ask for your help in following this direction as we do not have any more staff to stand there.
March is filled with a flurry of activity at Four Seasons. We will continue to host the 24 Club, Girls on the Run and yoga on Friday mornings. We are happy to share that we will host a second session of our STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) club. Further information will be coming out shortly. We are excited to get back into the building and see those smiling faces. Warmly, Kristen Addleman, Principal |

Bring Your ID - Please remember to bring your ID when you come to the school to pick up your student, to meet with staff, to bring medication to the nurse, or to volunteer in the building. ________________________________________________________________________________
Online Payments - Four Seasons offers a convenient way to pay for school items electronically. It’s called Online School Payments (OSP) and will allow families to pay by credit card for things such as field trips and lost media books. We also have options to allow you to donate to support special activities for students or to donate to allow the principal to “treat” our staff. Please note that there is a small service charge for using the OSP system. Cash and checks made payable to Four Seasons Elementary School are always accepted for student fees with no service fee. If you have any questions regarding the OSP system, please contact Erika Allen at eallen@aacps.org or
410-222-6501. To access OSP, please click on this link: Four Seasons OSP. ________________________________________________________________________________
Reminders from the Health Room - *Medication at School: If your child requires medication during school hours, both parent and doctor must complete the required medication forms. These forms are available online and in the health room. We cannot administer any medication without them. Please contact us by phone or email if you have questions. *Fever Policy: Children with a fever must stay home until they are fever-free for 24 hours without medication. If your child is sent home due to a fever, they must remain home the following day. Once they’ve had a full day fever-free without medication, they may return to school.
*Sick Student Pickup: If your child is sick at school, please arrange for pickup within 30 minutes. If you’re unavailable, have a backup plan in place (e.g., grandparent, relative, neighbor). We appreciate your understanding, as space in the health room is limited.
*Vaccination Records: If your child receives any new vaccines, please send in an updated vaccination record in so we can keep their health file current. *Change of Clothes: Please ensure your child has a season-appropriate change of clothes in their locker. Even older students may need a spare outfit in case of spills or accidents.

Collecting Boxtops - All you need is your phone! Please download the Box Tops app, shop as you normally would, then use the app to scan your store receipt within 14 days of purchase. The app will identify Box Tops products on your receipt and automatically credit our school’s earnings online. There are very few clip box tops on boxes, but if you find a box top with a red dotted line around it, please clip it and bring it in to Four Seasons. Go to boxtops4education.com for more information.
