Attention Car Riders! Our doors open at 7:40am to receive students and our instruction begins at 8:00am. We have noticed a large number of car riders arriving at or just after 8:00am. We are asking everyone to make the effort to arrive before 7:55am so students can be in classrooms for the scheduled start of instruction.
Our 5th grade students are currently completing the Maryland Science Assessment (MISA). Thank you, parents, for supporting them and ensuring that they arrive at school on time each day. Upon return from Spring Break, all students in grades 3 through 5 will participate in MCAP (Maryland Comprehensive Assessment Program) testing to demonstrate their learning in the areas of Reading and Math. Please mark your calendar with the following dates to ensure your students are present on test days and ready to show what they know!
3rd Grade Reading: April 9, 10, 13, 14
4th and 5th Grade Reading: April 16, 17, 20, 21
3rd Grade Math: April 30, May 1, 4, 5
4th and 5th Grade Math: May 7, 8, 11, 12

Pre-Kindergarten applications will begin Tuesday, May 5th for students turning 4 years old on or before September 1, 2026.
