Want your family to be on the WFE Morning Show?
We are always looking for new ways to bring aspects of our Windsor Farm community into our students' school day. Our mornings at WFES start with "Announcements" that are live-streamed to all classrooms just like a morning news broadcast.
We are starting a new feature on the morning announcements called "Community Connections." For this segment we would like families to share a short video of themselves and tell us something about their family. For example, you can tell us about a favorite tradition, a sport that you all enjoy, a trip that you took together, or something interesting about your family. Here is an example from Mrs. Haines and Mrs. Sokol!
For Hispanic Heritage month (Sept 15- Oct 15), we especially want to highlight families in our community that have Hispanic or Latino heritage, but you can submit a video any time of the year as well. If you would like to submit a family video to be shown on the morning announcements, please email it to Lehaines@aacps.org or save it into this shared folder Community Connections - Eagle News 24/25 Each video submission should be about 2-3 minutes long, and feel free to record your video in the language that is spoken in your home.
Thank you for helping to strengthen the connection between our school and our community!
