We’re excited to kick off our Attendance Hero Classrooms of the Week recognition once again! This familiar structure celebrates classrooms with the highest attendance for the week, and we’re thrilled to announce that five classes hit 100% attendance in our first week—what an amazing start!

We track attendance data closely all year because consistent attendance is key to student success. Every day counts, and when students are present, they’re learning, growing, and building strong connections. Thank you for helping us make attendance a priority!

Why Apply?

Applying for Free and Reduced-Price Meals not only supports your family with access to nutritious meals—it also benefits our entire school community. Families who qualify help Windsor Farm receive important resources, and the overall percentage of eligible students directly impacts class sizes and staffing. Even if you're unsure, we encourage all families who may meet the guidelines to apply. Learn more about the benefits in this short video and check the eligibility guidelines here.

Please Note: Any Free and Reduced-Price Meal benefits your family may have had last school year will expire on September 30th. To continue receiving meal support, families must submit a new application each year. Don’t miss out—apply today to ensure uninterrupted access to meal benefits!

Band and Strings
It is that time of year to sign up for a musical instrument. Strings is open to grades 3-5 and band is open for students in grades 4-5. Please click HERE for information about both groups, including registration links and where you may direct any questions.

Chorus Sign-Up
Students in 4th and 5th grade are invited to join our school chorus! Weekly practices will take place during the school day, and we’re excited to offer several performance opportunities throughout the year. To enroll, please complete this Google Form.

Show off your team pride by wearing your favorite NFL team’s apparel or colors! Whether you're cheering for the Ravens, backing the Commanders, or flying high with the Eagles, let’s fill Windsor Farm with football spirit!

News from the PTO

Create a PTO Account or Update your Information for 2025-26

Please make sure your information is current on our website! Creating an account will allow us to keep you in the loop on all things Windsor Farm! Even if you have created an account in a prior year, our membership system requires us to update contacts every year. We will only be sending our communications (including our September newsletter) to active contacts beginning September 1! Creating an account gives you access to:

PTO Communications - newsletters, reminders, and volunteer requests
Our online store - for things like spirit wear and events
The NEW Sign-Up Hub - one-stop shop for all those Sign Up Geniuses! No more sorting through emails!

After you create an account:

Sign Up to be a Room Parent

If you would like to be a Room Parent, please be sure to sign up by September 12! We will begin assigning Room Parents to classrooms the week of September 15. Room Parents organize two class parties, help with Teacher Appreciation activities for that class, and send any sign-ups to the PTO. We will also be offering a Room Parents info session this year to outline roles and responsibilities and answer any questions! Stay tuned for more info!

Join our Volunteer Pools

If you are interested in being a volunteer, please fill out the Volunteer Interest Form. We have volunteer pools for events and quick one-time projects or tasks! We will be using these pools throughout the year to notify the WFES community of volunteer opportunities!
