Valentine’s Day Celebration – Friday, February 13

We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Friday, 2/13 with a classroom party and an optional Valentine exchange. If students choose to participate in the exchange, we kindly ask that they include all students in their class.

To make distribution easier—especially for our younger learners—we recommend that students do not address individual Valentines to specific classmates. Instead, they can simply sign their cards with who they are from. This small step helps ensure a smooth, stress‑free exchange for everyone.

Young Author’s Contest Highlights

Windsor Farm students in grades 1–5 had the exciting opportunity to submit an original short story or poem for the 2025–2026 Young Author’s Contest. We are thrilled to celebrate our Windsor Farm grade‑level winners and to recognize the three exceptional students who placed at the county level. These talented young writers will now advance to the state competition, representing our school and AACPS with pride!
