Reminders & Notes of Interest

National Assistant Principal's Week
This week (4/7–4/11), we celebrate the incredible leaders who often work behind the scenes to keep our schools thriving. Assistant Principals are the backbone of our education system—supporting teachers, inspiring students, assisting principals, fostering a positive school culture, and handling the countless challenges that come their way with dedication and grace.

Their impact is immeasurable, and this week is our opportunity to recognize their hard work, leadership, and commitment to education. Here at Windsor Farm Elementary, we are fortunate to have one of the very best—Mrs. McCalpin! Please join us in celebrating her and all she does for the Windsor Farm community!

Mrs. McCalpin
Purple Up

National Purple Up! Day, observed on April 15th, is a special day to honor and support the children of military families. These resilient young individuals face unique challenges, such as frequent moves and extended absences of a parent, all while showing incredible strength and adaptability.

At Windsor Farm, we’re proud to recognize the sacrifices and contributions of our military families. We invite all students and staff to wear purple on April 9th (since we won't be in school on the 15th) as a symbol of unity and appreciation for our military-connected students.

Let’s come together as a school community to show our gratitude and celebrate their strength, courage, and unwavering spirit!

Please remind your child to be respectful of private property and remain on public sidewalks or designated areas.

We appreciate your help in maintaining positive relationships with our Windsor Farm community neighbors!
